Return Policy

We have a no-refund policy for all products sold except for vape cartridges that are not working or are defective.

Any open defective or not working vape cartridges must be returned within 30 days of purchasing the product.

In order to be eligible for a return, you must return the product in its original packaging to the store in person. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or applicable proof of purchase.

If you would like to request a return, you can email purplepineapplecannabis@gmail.com ahead of time. If your return is accepted, we may offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund & Exchanges

Once we have received your request to issue a refund or exchange, we will notify you whether or not your request has been approved. If approved, you’ll have the chance to either accept a refund or exchange your product for the exact same product. Please be aware, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
